I can’t believe the month of May went by so quickly. At the beginning of the month, members of the Austin Food Bloggers Alliance were given the challenge of seeing what could be done if you had an extra $16 a month, the minimum amount available to Texans on SNAP (supplemental nutrition assistance program, formerly known as food stamps).
