So if there’s a better way to chop, mix, slice or dice, I’m there. Except when it comes to cookies. I really have tried to make cookies in the convection oven, I really have. But somewhere, among all the gadgets, there’s just something about chocolate chip cookies made on Grandma’s cookie sheet, set to cool on her cooling racks, that can’t be beat.
